caza feliz: día veintidós — galletas
I love those traditions that I don’t have to organize. 
Since Rob is crazy about classic Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies around the holidays, he runs with this one every year. (I’m an oatmeal raisin girl, myself.)
They had to get creative with the ingredients this time: no brown sugar in Spain, and only vanilla beans instead of extract. But the results were delicious, if somewhat different.
They even took pictures. So proud.
Browned just the way I like them. Nice work kids.
